At TOPTOY® Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collectibles and toys. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and photo evidence of the item.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
